About SavvyOp

Financial clarity for the businesses that make our neighborhoods feel like home.

I’ve spent more than a decade working in financial analysis at large corporations and small startups. What I enjoyed most in this time was seeing the tangible impact I could have on my coworkers’ success by bringing clarity to decisions that had previously been driven by intuition.

I wanted to do more of that, and I wanted to focus on the businesses where I felt I could make the biggest difference: the independent businesses that make up our communities. The local spots that give our neighborhoods their character and make them feel unique. The ones built by people with a vision, a willingness to take a risk, and the determination to make something of their own.

That’s why I started SavvyOp. I believe independent business owners can be even more successful with a clearer understanding of how their businesses are performing. Running a business will always involve some uncertainty, but better insight into your numbers can help you recognize opportunities, make more informed decisions, and build with greater confidence.

I’m starting with independent coffee shops because I love the role they play in bringing people together in our increasingly digital world. Over time, I hope to bring the same value to other types of independent businesses.

Building SavvyOp is also giving me a firsthand appreciation for what it takes to build a business of my own. I intend to keep SavvyOp independent, guided by the same spirit of ownership and self-determination that inspires the businesses I hope to serve.

If you’re building something of your own, let’s connect! I’d love to hear your story.
